Product: HP PageWide Pro 772dn Multifunction Printer

Hello ,Every one  

HP 991XC Color (C,Y,M)  Cartridges not recognizing in HP Page Wide Pro 772dn Multifunction Printer , but Black one is working , Printer Serial , [Personal Information Removed] , When installing new HP original cartridge's , printer show message - "The indicated cartridges are not intended to use in this printer" , Event Code 17.03.3517.02.35 , cartridge's  are new , expiry date are 2025 , It seems printer cannot read cartridge region? , but how is that possible cartages must be fully combatable with  HP Page Wide Pro 772dn Multifunction Printer , if yes , how to get region reset code  for color cartridge's , Please help!, Please help!
