Why is it so difficult to get any help from HP about missing cartridges and products. Speaking to a human being would be good.

The issue is i do not have any cartridges and low ink and low on paper and Bright White i usually buy is not in stock online anywhere so is it discontinued. The virtual assistant is hopeless.

I suggest you try contacting HP Support Directly and order the cartridges 

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
