HP All in One 2700 printer will not print Word / I Works or PDF created documents. It only prints scanned documents that it has scanned. All it prints is a blank page when I attempt to print a created Word / I Works / PDF document. this is not a Microsoft / Apple app issue. I am not using Wi Fi and have the printer USB connected to the printer. I have gone to Apple, Microsoft  and HP and their are no drivers to upload. This printer has proven that this Wi Fi Remote printing feature is unwanted garbage. I refuse to hardwire this printer to my router it creates a logistic issue that can't be resolved. In fact 2 of my physicians offices have spent extra money to get their old printers fixed and returned the wireless printer back because of this issue bottom line its not wireless when you have to hard wire the printer to a router to make it wireless. Why it does not operate on a wireless stick is a monumental testament to stupidity. This printer is not out of warranty and I am ready to return it and get my old printer fixed. All I or anyone ask for a printer to do is to plug it into the laptop/Desktop/tablet device and be able to scan and print not spend 2 days trying to print a document and not a blanks page.

Please let me know if their is a fix or where I can send the printer to for a refund or fix

Thanks you.
