Hello,

 

I am stuck with my printer. I tried hard reset cleaning everything etc.

Before that my printer would just not do anything and the hp doctor software would not work either.

 

Now after hard reset paper light is blinking red I tried different paper different number of sheets, nothing change.

Plus it's been a while now the rail seems to have a problem it gets blocked at the end of the rail where you can change the cartridge, it tries to get in position a few times then makes a strong push that moves the all printer and just stop moving. 

 

Can somebody help ?

Hello,

 

No it did not, I still have only the  paper trail light blinking after cleaning up everything, and also the trail for the cartridge that seems to have a problem getting its place at the end of the trail.
