Photosmart C4780

The printer is Photosmart C4780. It always shows the error message “out of paper” despite all efforts I’ve tried fixing it. I noticed the front rollers were rolling but the back rollers were not, that’s probably why it’s not picking up the papers. The back rollers are cleaned and can be rolled when I roll them manually, but they are just not responding to the papers. I tried all the troubleshooting steps provided by HP official website but did not solve this problem. The printer is also out of warranty. Some help please?

If you have tried all the steps mentioned in this HP document:- click here

Update the printer firmware.

Refer this HP document for the steps to update:- Click here

 

If the issue still persists,I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Click on "Continue as guest".

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
