Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP C8180 Ink system failure Error code: 0cx05d1281

Tried solutions of previous (old) thread but was not able to print the mysterious 1 good page nor did the second restart sequence work.

 

Mom said it printed dark line(s) on top/bottom of page previously.  Position sensor failure???

 

Any more possibilities?

I see that you are not able to print due to this error. Due to the age of the printer, support options are limited.

 

Let us perform the steps mentioned in these documents - '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays and Resolving 'Ink System Failure', 'System Supply Problem' Errors

 

If the error persists, this could be a hardware issue with the printer. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
