Microsoft Windows 11

On a Windows 11 24H2 PC in an enterprise environment, my customer has an HP CLJ4201DN connected via USB.

In outlook (Office 365), print views and print jobs of emails will split across multiple pages with very little data on each page.

Most of the data is dropped.

When a network printer is chosen, all appears and works normal.

Uninstalled printer and drivers. Downloaded latest software and PCL6 drivers.

Readded and no change. Wash rinse repeat. 3 times. What can I say, I like hitting my head against the wall.

Only article I can find recommends firmware update. Can this really be that simple?

Downloading firmware for time being.

So I think I have this figured out.

In this version of Outlook, MS has a "demo feature" if you will.

In the upper right corner there is a button to Switch to the "New Look" or revert to the "Old Look".

It seems the issue is within the Old Look and once I switch to New Look, the print issue goes away.

Must be Bills way of forcing folks to the New Look though he is usually not this subtle.
