Hello everybody,
my printer recently started printing 2 white vertical lines next to each other as you can see in the attached photos. Any idea how to solve the problem? My printer has 3 months of warranty left but I cant find any email or phone number to contact here in Germany. Only the virtual agent, which is of no help.
So you could help me by either providing a solution I can try myself or some adress I can contact.
thanks in advance!

Welcome to the HP support community.
-
Inspect the toner cartridge & OPC / ITB UNIT If scratches are present on the surface of the OPC / ITB UNIT.
Please replace the new toner cartridge.
-
Inspect the heat roller. If scratches are present on the surface of the heat roller, replace the fuser.
-
LSU window cleaning > OPC drum cleaning > ITB( Intermediate transfer belt ) cleaning > toner small part cleaning
-
If horizontal scratches are present on the fuser heat roller, replace the fuser.
-
ITB wrap jam in high humidity condition: If there exists a paper between the fuser and the intermediate transfer belt(ITB), remove the paper.

I hope that helps.
