HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M479fdw -  Event Code 59.73.00    Info says that is for Yellow Motor.  We only use this printer as a black & white printer.  I have fixed this same issue 2 times per week for the past month but now it won't fix.  Previously I have fixed it by restarting the printer and unplugging, however, it will not work this time.  Any suggestions?

Bad motor or possibly a binding color cartridge. Curious, if you only planned on printing black and white why did you purchase a color printer? The color toners still get consumed during regular maintenance cycles and eventually you will have to replace them even if you have never printed a page with them.

Thank you for the response!  We are a business so we purchased all color printers incase we would need this feature, however, this printer has never been needed for more than black/white printing.
