When I print, the job shows up in my cue and the printer says printing, then everything disappears as if it printed, but it doesn't.  This happens off and on all the time.  Sometimes it will print and sometimes it doesn't....even in between back to back print jobs. How do I fix this?

@awaggoner

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

  • To resolve this issue quickly, download and run our HP Print and Scan Doctor diagnostic tool. This tool will remove all the print jobs stuck in the queue, clear the print spooler, detect if there are other problems and fix the issues automatically.
  • Download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor: Follow steps from the link: Click here

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
