Hello,
I have an HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M280nw.
When I switch it on, it does not start. However, the LED starts to flash at regular intervals and the display remains black.
I cannot turn the machine off or on properly using the power button.
If I unplug the plug, wait and plug it back in, the behavior does not change.
What else could I do?

I hope you can find someone to take a close look at the printer.
Or have a look here. New printer and old printer right away, a phone call could be helpful.
Kind Regards

remove the power cable from the printer
remove all 4 cartridges from the printer
push in the cartridge cart and close the cover
Plug the power cable directly into the wall socket
switch the printer on using the on/off button
Does the printer start up?
Kind Regards

Hi Andr-1611,
I have followed all the steps.
But when I plug in the power cable, the LED on the start button lights up immediately and flashes regularly.
Pressing the start button does nothing, it just keeps flashing.
Best regards

Hi Stephan_Koehler,
I suspect that the system board has gone bye-bye.
I can't decide from here whether it's worth repairing.
Please follow this link.
Kind Regards
