Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My MFP M477 keep getting 57.02 Error on the display and printer does nothing. no print or scanning. internet says fan error. Any idea how can it ?

Failed cooling fan. It would appear to be the upper one on the right side of the printer. PN: RK2-6270-000CN
