Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The install software for the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477fdw stalls at 99%.  I have tried to install the software on a laptop connected via cable to the printer and through Wi-Fi.  Both methods show the software stalling at 99%.   My operating system is Windows 11 ARM .  

 

Using the Printers & Scanners option, I see the printer through the WSD port but it has no scanner capability.  

 

On another laptop running Windows 11 (not ARM) I see the printer through a WSD port and a standard TCP/IP Port.  I also have HP CLJM477 Scan installed and it works perfectly.  It just the Windows 11 ARM environment causing challenges.

 

Your suggestions are appreciated.

ARM  systems typically require different driver sets to function but the driver webpage does not list any ARM drivers.
