HP Recommended

Printer is few months old, was printing correctly until an update took place. It showed a message that it could not communicate to the black cartridge, had to do an update. After the update, all prints in black are blank, all others colors ok  no errors are shown  Any idea what it could be ?

Power off printer.  remove toners.  Power up printer.  Install each toner one at a time, closing door each time.  After last toner, does printer show Ready?  Perform calibration.  Print Supplies page.  Does Supply page show four installed toners?

Printer did not boot. The screen got stuck at logo. I had to **bleep** and they replaced the board W2Q23-60001 Logic Main Board for HP LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdw by another card from a different model. It seems that there was a firmware update issue. After the board was replaced, I was able to print locally and by wi-fi but the web printing services are not working anymore.
