HP Color LaserJet MFP M577

HP LaserJet MFP M577 fuser will not snap in, the door unable to close.  When I take the fuser out, the door close without any problems.   I have the same issue on two printers of the same model, tested brand new fuser with some issue.

Odd problem, check for obstructions that are preventing the fuser from seating fully. I have seen a few cases where rough handling damaged the fuser locks and preventing the fuser from staying in place. If that is the case you will likely need to replace the fuser unit. Some pictures of the printer cavity and the fuser might help narrow this down for you.
