Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Color Laserjet Pro MFP M277dw printer and is now displaying error 59.C0 on screen. I have already performed various power cycles and error still persists. Checked by removing all toners and adding them back one by one, and it seems to be the Black Toner that is triggering the error.

Is there any way to fix this issue? Thanks.

@luismdelgado, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Ideally a 59.C0 error indicates Developer motor rotation error. This is a hardware failure.

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - 'Install Black Cartridge' Displays.

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
