Printer: HP Deskjet 2620 All-in-one
Cartridge: HP 304
Hi. I have bought my printer 1 month ago. I used that barely. At the last, I tried print and copy, but black cartridge (original cartridge) is came to the end then 10 paper photocopy. So I didn't work that. Last week, I taken away the black cartridge (original cartridge) for filling. I attached the full cartridge to the printer, and tried. I only had 1 photocopy. Only 1 page. The black cartridge again went blank. Then, I removed it and attached it again. And again I had only 1 page photocopy. I repeated that, again and again. I have done all repair methods of the cartridge problems at the HP site. But there was the same error at all. What is the problem with my printer? How can I solve that?
Merhabalar. Yine her kartuşu çıkarıp takmamda 1 çıktı alabildim. HP sitesindeki, kartuş sorunlarında yapılabilecek tüm işlemleri de gerçekleştirdim, ancak her defasında sadece 1 çıktı alabildim. Sizce sorun nedir? Çözümü nedir ve bu sorunu çözmek için ne yapabilirim?

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂
I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.
As I understand your printer's ink depletes too quickly,
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
Are you using genuine HP Ink cartridges?
Did you know HP doesn't recommend using the refill option, as the cartridge quality may not meet the requirement of the printer and hence, cause issues as the one you have?
While you respond to that, here's what you need to do, to fix the issue:
Solution one: Use genuine HP cartridges
HP recommends that you use genuine HP ink or toner supplies. HP cannot guarantee the quality or reliability of non-HP or refilled cartridges. If you do not use genuine HP cartridges, the steps in this document might not resolve the issue. To check the authenticity of your cartridges, go to https://hp.care/2puYRDc.
Visit HP SureSupply to check ink or toner cartridge compatibility or purchase replacement cartridges and other supplies.
-
Go to HP SureSupply.
-
If necessary, select your country/region.
-
Follow the on-screen instructions to order new supplies or check cartridge compatibility with your printer.
You can also purchase genuine HP cartridges and supplies from other retailers.
Solution two: Allow the printer to rest
Sometimes, print quality issues can be resolved during a period of inactivity. Consider waiting for about 30 minutes, and then try the print job again.
-
If these steps resolved the issue, you do not need to continue troubleshooting.
-
If the issue persists, continue to the next solution.
Solution three: Check the paper
Use the following guidelines to make sure that the paper you are using is appropriate for the print job. If it is not, reload the printer with an appropriate paper type.
-
Load the paper print side down in the input tray. Many papers have printing and nonprinting sides, like photo paper and other special media. Usually, the smoother side is the "print side," and sometimes the non-print side has a logo of the paper manufacturer on it.
-
Do not use wrinkled or curled paper. Load only clean, wrinkle-free paper into the product.
-
Use the correct paper type for your project.
-
For everyday text documents, plain paper with ColorLok technology works well. Paper with ColorLok technology is industry-standard paper that works well with HP ink.
-
For documents with dense printing, such as high contrast graphics or photographs, use HP Advanced Photo Paper for the best results.
-
Some media may not absorb ink as well as others. If your prints smear easily, make sure you are using a recommended paper.
-
-
Store photo paper in its original packaging inside a resealable plastic bag. Store the paper on a flat surface in a cool, dry place. Load 10-20 sheets of photo paper only when you are ready to print, and then put the unused paper back in the packaging.
-
Try using a different paper. This determines if the problem is related to the paper.
NOTE:
Inappropriate paper usually causes vertical streaks in printouts (or, if the problem occurs on a copy, dirty scanner glass usually causes the issue). Do not replace cartridges to fix vertical streaks.
Examples of horizontal streaks and vertical streaks in the printout

Continue with the following troubleshooting steps if your printout contains horizontal streaks or other print quality issues besides vertical streaks.
Do not replace cartridges for vertical streaks in a printout. Instead, check the paper as described earlier in this document, or search for a document that covers this issue.
After checking the paper, try printing again.
-
If these steps resolved the issue, you do not need to continue troubleshooting.
-
If the issue persists, continue to the next solution.

Yes, the cartridge was genuine HP cartridge.
I tried all methods, but it has not worked. So I bought a new original one today. Then 3 copy, the new cartridge made same error, but I take off and put the new cartridge two times, again, and so it is working now, but for now. 🙂
Thanks for help.
Good days and good working.
