Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I used HP DESKJET printer just three times and now it shows EE error and lights are flashing. I tries all tips given on this forum but problem still exists. I bought new Hp cartridges but nothing works. I am adding images of error showing on printer. ErrorError

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, 

I understand you are getting an error for the newly replaced ink cartridge. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in these documents - Ink Alert or Low on Ink message and Ink cartridge errors make sure you are using HP ink cartridges and they are inserted correctly. Check if the protective tape is removed from the ink cartridge.

 

If the issue persists, it could be an issue with the ink cartridge or the printer itself. If you have an alternate colour ink cartridge, check if that works. By this, we can conclude if the issue is with the printer or the ink cartridge.

 

If the other ink cartridge works fine, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the replacement options.

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know-how. If it turns out to be an issue with the printer, I suggest you upgrade the printer as it is out of warranty. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
