Hello

When I try and print anything on this new printer. It always leaves a small unprinted gap at the bottom of the page and the margins are not equal on both sides. It's like it's printer closer to the middle and it's very strange. I've tried to play around with the settings and found nothing that sorts it out.

I changed the paper size to A4 as it was on Letter and it still does it now.

Is there anything I can do.

Thanks in advance.

The printer margins for the 2600 are 3mm top, left, right & 12.7mm for the bottom.

Hello

thanks, sorry I'm really not very good. How would I enter that into the settings. The margin's look fine at the top and side, but at the left it reaches right to the end and leaves a massive gap at the bottom.

You should be able to change the margin(s) settings in the program the you are printing from.

I'm trying to print a downloaded pdf that loads into Chrome. It doesn't let me change the margin sizes, just the paper and scale. I've even reset my printer to the factory settings and it still leaves a gap.

Thank you.

I'll give this a try when I get home.
