My printer makes the sound and does the action of printing a document. The paper goes through the printer it makes a printing sound and then comes out blank, everytime. Using the app I have cleaned the cartridges (stages 1 and 2 clean, doing this twice) and have aligned the printer several times too. The cartridges supply levels are high (almost brand new), I have taken out the cartridges and re-installed and even taken the printer back to factory settings and re-connected to the wifi but nothing. I can tell the printer is working and it is doing what it should, but no ink is coming on the page !!!! Please help

Hi @GREEN94,

 I'd like to help!

I understand the printer is printing blank pages.

To assist better-

1) Does the copy print out the same way?

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices?

While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -

Use HP Printer Assistant to print a Print Quality Diagnostic page in Windows.

  1. Load plain paper into the input tray.

  2. Search Windows for your printer model name, and then click the printer name in the list of results.

    HP Printer Assistant opens.

  3. Click Print & Scan, and then click Maintain Your Printer.

    The printer toolbox opens.

  4. On the Device Services tab, click Print Quality Diagnostics Page.

  5. A Print Quality Diagnostic page prints.

Use HP Utility to print a Print Quality Diagnostic page in macOS or OS X.

  1. Load plain paper into the input tray.

  2. Click the Apple menu, and then click System Preferences.

  3. Depending on your operating system, click Print & Scan or Printers & Scanners.

  4. In the Print & Scan or Printers & Scanners window, select your printer, and then click Options & Supplies.

  5. Click Utility, and then click Open Printer Utility.

    HP Utility opens.

  6. Click Print Quality Diagnostics, and then click Print.

A Print Quality Diagnostic page prints.

Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.

It seems like an issue with the cartridge or the printhead, I'd recommend you contact HP Phone Support in your region for service/replacement options

Follow the instructions below to reach them:

1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.

6)Fill the web-form and proceed further.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Have a great day!
