My DeskJet 3630 is sitting in an error state, which I cannot clear. I have disconnected the printer from the power supply... there aren't any paper jams... nothing is blinking on the main menu panel... It continually shows "printer offline", even though it appears to be powered and ready to go. Any suggestions? Also, I have "cancelled" print jobs, but they have been sitting in the printer queue as "deleting" for over a week now. I'm thinking that this is what has caused the issue, since the printing issue started at the same time.
