Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Error message when I installed a new HP DeskJet 4152e All-in-One Printer cartridge. I followed the instructions. I'm not enrolled in their program.

I understand that you are having issues with the cartridge error.

 

Perform the steps from this document and see if that helps. 

 

Also, update the firmware. Click here
