Trying to print address on envelopes.  The printer will pull the envelope halfway through and jam.  I have tried using multiple files and programs to get it print.  Any advice would be helpful!  Really don't want to have to hand write 100+ addresses!

@STEPHANIE724, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

According to the printer specifications, this model printer supports printing on No. 10 envelopes only. Make sure you are using compatible media.

Check if the envelopes are properly placed in the input tray, refer to page 13 of the User guide.

For more info on printing envelopes, refer to - Print on envelopes with an HP printer

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.

I figured out I needed to make a custom paper size.  That solved that problem adding in the dimensions for the A7 envelope.  Now they are printing  crooked.

If you are printing on non-supported media, you will face print quality issues.

Have you tried printing a PDF, Word, or email and check if the printing is fine or crooked?

Keep me posted.
