Product: HP Deskjet 1112 printer
  • I have downloaded the HP Smart app to Chromebook.
  • i have plugged USB 2.0 to printer and not to computer untill promped, I was never promped.
  • i have tried virtual assistance and noting they got worked for me.
  • i ask tech support they say try another model.

Could you Help? thank you and God Bless

This model does not work with Chrome OS

You need a Deskjet 2600 & above.
