Hi All,

I upgraded and installed Windows 11, didn't like it and reverted back to Windows 10 Home Edition.  Now I can’t print.  But oddly enough I can still scan. 

 

  • I tried Print & Scan Doctor, it got almost all the way to the end and just stopped. 
  • I tried the Services, deleted all the files in the Print Spooler folder, restarted it and made sure that Automatic was selected. 
  • I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the HP printer driver software. 

But still I can’t print.  Help!!!  Any Ideas?
