Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,
I got my Deskjet 1510 from Dubai, and it was equipped  with  a HP61 cartridge, once it's finished I tried to by the same. White searching, I found HP 122 cartridge which mentioned that my printer is compatible. Once loaded the cartridge, I got an error that cartridge is not compatible. Please advise.

Hi,

An HP Deskjet 1510 is sold in Dubai with 122 ink cartridges, if you were provided any other ink cartridges in the original box, it is not intended to be sold in Dubai.

 

I suggest contacting the retailer where you bought the printer from, as it is likely not intended to be marketed in Dubai (could be gray import from another country and not an official HP retailer, etc.).

The printer was printing with the HP61 cartridge and the problem is with the HP 122 cartridge when it comes to replace the  empty cartridge. As I had mentioned in my question the printer (1510) is not detecting the new HP122 cartridges. 

 

Could you help me to work this HP1510 printer with the HP122 cartridge.
