Product: HP DeskJet 2130 All-in-One Printer series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello,
I'm having issues with my HP Deskjet 2130 All-in-One printer Series. In fact, a couple of days ago it does not print, scan nor copy any more. Even if I try to change catridges, it does not print the test page. I tried to use it on 3 different PCs, but with the same result. By the way, the printer is being recognized on PCs.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Kind regards,
Kishsh

Hi, Are there any lights flashing or ON on the printer? the PSDR indicates that there is a problem on the device. Could you please try a self test page. hold down the power button and then press cancel button, it should print you a self test page. if it doesn't then it may mean there is some error on the printer itself.

Hi, Please unplug the power cable from the back of the printer when the printer is on, then wait for 30 sec and then plug back the power cable. check for any sounds when the printer is turning back on. like the cartridges or rollers moving. then try the power and cancel again. if not try to copy something and check if that works, if it doesnt copy then it may be some hardware issue on the printer. Hope this helps.
