Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

While printing, the print quality comes extremely bad with fuzzy prints, streaked lines especially in black color.

Hello SushmitaG, 

 

Kindly ensure the following to avoid Print Quality issues ... 

  1. Use genuine HP ink cartridges.
  2. Make sure you are using the appropriate paper for your print job
  3. Check the print settings
  4. Replace any low or empty ink cartridges
