I am trying to help my mom get her printer to print; the cartriges are fine, the connection is fine (it will 'print' when I send something there - meaning a piece of paper goes through the printer... it just doesn't get any ink printed on it - comes out BLANK).
No idea what is happening, why it won't print. Can you send me some suggestions to troubleshoot on my next visit to my mom's in a couple weeks? Thank you!

Let me take a moment to thank you for posting on the HP Support Forums.
I understand that you have an HP DeskJet 2132 All-in-One Printer. I read that the printer does not print anything and pushes a blank paper out. I'll be glad to assist you with this case.
To provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Are you using original HP cartridges or refilled ink cartridges?
- Is the printer able to make a photocopy? If yes then it indicates that the printing hardware is fine.
If the printer is able to make a photo copy then please perform the following steps. If the printer does not make a photocopy then please perform the steps from this HP document.
- Please download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor software. This is a free tool for Windows to help resolve issues with the printer drivers.
You may restart the printer once after running the HP Print and Scan Doctor. You may reinstall the printer drivers if the printer still does not print anything. The following steps will help:
- In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
- Select your HP printer.
- Select Uninstall.
- In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
- In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
- Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
- Click on Drivers tab.
- Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
- Select OK.
- Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
- Close Devices and Printers.
- Please download and install the drivers from this link.
I sincerely hope this fixes the issue. Keep me posted. Good luck!
