Hi
I have had my HP Deskjet 2633 for almost 2 years now and have had very few problems. The printer has been unable to connect to the Wifi in my house for almost a month now and none of the advice pages or general ways to fix this issue have resolved this. I have tried USB printing, downloading the app to my phone to print off. The wifi button flashes constantly. No amount of resetting my router using the WPS button, unplugging the printer etc. etc. have worked. The red information button is now on solidly as of today.
Does anyone have a solution for this? I have been trying on and off for a month to resolve this and pay for the Instant Ink; however it has been so long since my printer connected to the internet that there is no longer any valid information for Instant Ink to retrieve.

- Same issue here. Got upgraded WiFi with new router and nothing I do will connect it to print. I can’t even get the printer name off my WiFi to re-do the whole thing.

I have exactly the same problem. My test result report states I am connected to the wireless, connectivity, network and settings all PASS but right at the bottom under configuration it states Internet - Not Connected. I am totally confused as to how it can be connected to the wifi, but not the internet. Is yours a similar problem?
