Product: HP DeskJet 2620 All-in-One Printer
Hello, my 2620 has suddenly stopped responding and shows undocumented errors.
It shows 1/ both "empty cartridges" symbols blinking 2/ ink indicator blinking 3/ "email with ink droplet" indicator blinking
However, troubleshooting is stuck:
- it has disconnected from my network and won't reconnect. It shows the WiFi Direct symbol, but I can't print the network info details
- cartridges are fine. They are almost new and I cleaned them just in case. Using just 1 cartridge, or even the older cartridges doesn't work either (I have a instant ink subscription)
- factory reboot won't work, actually no button commands work.
Any leads? Thank you!
