I am unable to print in colour from both my iPad and my iPhone. The options seems to have disappeared from the app, the only option is grey scale and black and white. Previously the option to print in colour was there so no idea why is has gone. The IOS running in both devices is iOS 16.5.
my colour cartridge is full, I have tried all the different solutions for bot printing in colour but nothing has worked.
I would appreciate any help.
