Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

HP Deskjet 2622 will not print anything.  It acts like it is printing but just prints off either a blank sheet of paper or a paper with yellow and blue markings that says "important."  There are no warning lights or anything else.  The printer is not low of ink. I have attempted to print from multiple programs and have reset both the printer and computer. 

 

Any feedback on why this is an issue would be amazing.

Good afternoon, I can copy but it isn't in black ink and I still cannot get it to print from my computer.  Thoughts?

Just to re-confirm, you aren't able to copy in black and you're unable to print in any color from the Computer?
