Product: HP DeskJet 2635 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

This printer was working, but occasionally the paper feed slipped.  I uninstalled it, and tried an HP2652 Deskjet.  The orange light stays on, and it won't print.  I reinstalled the HP2635, now the orange light stays on and nothing prints.  It simply pushes out a blank page.

 

How do I address the orange light? 

Is this a Windows 11 compatibility issue?
