Deskjet 2652
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have reset the printer (plug in while holding cancel and power) the Administrator Password in EWS is still set,  when others ask how to completely reset the software the answer is sent in a PM, request to know how to completely factory reset the Deskjet 2652 to regain access as EWS administrator.

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂 I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.

Please restore the network settings on the printer:

Press and hold the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel together for three seconds.

I have reset the restored network settings, the EWS Administrator does not reset, still unable to access. I wish to full factory reset the system abd reset all settings including the EWS Administrator password.

Hi Raj1788,

I purchased the printer on a business trip.  I lost the paperwork with the admin password (I'd written it down I believe).  The model is the HP 2652.  When I got home, I could not connect to my home wifi as I don't have the necessary password to connect to the printer and log it in to my home wifi.  I could not find a product number.  The serial number is CNBCL7C337 and the FPU is V1NO1-64001

There is no option to reset the printer.

Hence, I would personally suggest you contact our HP Support.

Make sure you select the Country and Region.

Keep me posted on further assistance. Hope that helps!

Have a great day ahead!
