All the lights are blinking on my printer. I have followed everything to the letter and nothing. Over the past few weeks, it has been storming really badly here in Chattanooga, and I thought that my printer just needed to be reset so it could be used again. so i unplugged it and then when i went to plug it back in and turn it on i got a EE error code while the colored ink icon, the icon with a sheet of paper with a down arrow, the power button, and the information icons were all blinking. as ive stated before, i have tried all the methods to fix the issue and nothing has worked. I'm a university student and need my printer for school. So I need help, please.

Try these steps:

- Unplug the printer from the power source.
- Wait for about 60 seconds.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
Check for Paper Jams and Cartridge Issues
Ensure there are no paper jams or cartridge issues, which commonly cause blinking light errors.
Check for Paper Jams:
- Open the printer cover and remove any jammed paper.
- Make sure there’s no debris blocking the paper path.
Check the Ink Cartridges:
- Open the ink cartridge access door.
- Remove the ink cartridges and check for any dirt or damage.
- Reinstall the ink cartridges and ensure they're properly seated.
Update Printer Firmware

Check Power Source
Power instability can cause printer issues.
- Plug the printer directly into a wall outlet, avoiding power strips or surge protectors.
- Ensure the power cord is firmly connected to both the printer and the outlet.
Perform a Hard Reset
A hard reset can sometimes flush out any persistent issues.
- Unplug the printer from the power source.
- Disconnect all cables (USB, network, etc.).
- Press and hold the power button for 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cable and turn the printer back on.
I hope this helps.
