Hi Team, I have HP DeskJet 2710e printer. My cartridges ran out, and I replaced it with one new Black & White and removed the Color Cartridge. Printer is connected to the WiFi, but when I try to print job status shows as 'Unknown' & never prints.

 

If I click 'i' then it prints a test page. However, I am unable to print from Laptop. When I try to print, I get an error message 'your printer needs attention'. HP Smart app on Windows shows everything is fine and display 'Single Cartridge Mode'. 

 

I also tried to reset, but it doesn't work. Can you please help me how to resolve this issue?
