HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2775 All-in-One Printer

Hi everyone,

I'm facing serious problems with my HP printer and have tried various tutorials without success. I hope to get help from the community here.

 

Problem:
My printer is an HP Deskjet 2775 model. Currently, the ink indicator and other indicators do not appear at all. On the screen there is only indicator 0, the ink indicator does not appear and then there is a WiFi symbol. When I tried color or black and white photocopying, there was no reaction from the printer at all. Even when trying to print via the HP Smart application on mobile devices and laptops, the printer also does not respond.

 

Actions I've Tried:

  1. Firmware Update: I have ensured that the printer firmware has been updated to the latest version.
  2. Connection Settings: WiFi is connected and the signal is good. However, the printer still does not respond to print commands from any device.
  3. Physical Check: I checked the cables and made sure there were no visible physical problems.
  4. Restart and Reset: I have also tried restarting the printer and resetting it to factory settings, but there is no change.

I would really appreciate any help and suggestions from this community to resolve this issue. Are there additional steps I can try? Or has there been a similar experience that was successfully overcome?
