I'm trying to re-align the printer. The alignment page does not print out in its entirety. I get about half of the alignment page printed, and then I'm assuming the printer head is no long contacting the paper as the rest of the page comes through. If I try printing something online, I get streaks of where all the ink is supposed to be, but its as if the printer head is skimming the paper as it prints.

I can't scan the alignment page if the alignment page is not able to print. Is there a pdf I could download of the alignment page? Better yet, is there a way to manually align the printer. I get slightly better results when I put my weight on the printer, and I'm currently working on a way to raise the printer head so its forced to be more in contact with the paper.

Printer is out of warranty, and its my mother's printer. I told her never to buy these things new because they're bound to break as fast as a used one haha. Any tips before I kick this to the curb?

I found another post here. This is what the page originally printed out like. About 10 tries later, I have some of the bottom half restored, but not enough that the printer can do the alignment. Everytime I force the printer head up so the working end bows down, I get a slightly fuller page printed.
