@torbau
Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂 I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.
Let's try a reset here:
- Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

Still no success. I have tried all the steps without any success. As I mentioned before in web services under administrator setting no airprint enable appears. The only thing that shows is webscan. The only thing I don't know how to check is whether the router accepts Bonjour packets.

It looks like you were interacting with @Betty0610, but she is out for the day & I'll be glad to help you out.
AirPrint option should be available on the Network tab in the Printer EWS(Embedded web server) page. I'm afraid, you have to contact your internet service provider or router manufacturer and check if the router is able to forward multicast packets (Bonjour).

Please ensure the printer has the latest Firmware update and also check for any latest iOS updates if available
You can refer to this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168 for Firmware update
Next follow the instructions in steps 4 & 5 in this Link: https://support.hp.com/rs-en/document/c05737475 to disable IPV6 Address and Turn off Internet Printing Protocol from the EWS Page
Keep me posted how it goes
Thank you and have a wonderful day 😊
