Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's restore the network settings on the Printer: 

 

1. Press the Wireless button to access the Wireless Status screen. 2. Press the Settings button to access the Wireless Settings menu. 3. Select Restore to Default. 4. Confirm selection to restore defaults

 

Once done, use the HP Smart App to connect your Printer and Computer: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04675142
