HP Deskjet 3520
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello!

1. Product Name and Number.

HP Deskjet 3520

2. Operating System installed (if applicable) -  it's Windows 10, 64-bit in the laptop connected to the printer.

3. Error message (if any) - 0X00759C98 HW WATCHDOG C

4. Any changes made to your system before the issue occurred

None, we have been using the printer every few weeks.. At some point my HP Deskjet 3525 had started giving and errror. I searched for this type of error on HP web-site and other users who had the same problem were directed to do a re-set. I tried to follow the inctructions, however I was not able ot do a hard re-set of the printer as directed - the ink cartridge is not moving at all.

What shall I do to fix my problem?

@Anzhelika_K, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I see that you are not able to print due to this error. We will have to first resolve the carriage jam issue. Check for any paper jams inside the printer. Follow the steps mentioned in this document - A 'Paper Jam' Error Displays

You may also refer to -  'Carriage Jam' or 'E3' Error Displays

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue on the PC

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.

Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
