My HP Deskjet 3630 All-in-One stopped printing. It goes through all the motions, but nothing shows on the page. I replaced the black ink cartridge (it's the only one I use) but still nothing happens.

I understand the printer is printing blank pages. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Printer Prints a Blank Page or Does Not Print Black or Color Ink

Clean the ink cartridges and print a test page to check the result.

 

Try making a standalone copy from the flatbed glass and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

 

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printer as the ink cartridge is already replaced. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
