Hello,

 

On my HP deskjet 3630 I installed a newly purchased original HP 302 cartridge. However, I receive an incompatible cartridge error.

 

* I tried the hard reset as mentioned on the forum but of no use.

* Set the country to France,USA etc and after a hard reset but of no use.

 

Please note that it does accept my old cartridge 63 but it's dried up.  I moved to France and here only #302 are available.

Where did you buy the printer and where are you now ?

Change country that way won't work. You need

I purchased it in Dubai, UAE and now I am in Nice, France.
