Hello,
I have an issue with my DeskJet 3700 printer. My print job gets stuck in the queue and reads "printer is in error state", or it will appear in the queue and then disappear.
I have restarted the printer, and I have checked the network connection. I am also able to print information after pressing the information button on the printer.
