I have rest the printer, unplugged, and restarted and I still have an error for the print cartridges. I replaced both cartridges and cleaned the contacts. I still have the error message and need to know what to do.

Support sent me 2 new cartridges and when I installed them the printer worked. The previous cartridges were corrupt.
