Product: HP Deskjet 3755
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Not recognizing printer. Cannot get driver. Was working fine with previous router and network. Any help I will be grateful for. Going in circles.

Came across this support doc from Eero.

If you do connect the old router check the EWS and make sure the settings are correct in the Network Settings on the Advanced menu.

WPA2 for the WPA Version

AES for the Encryption

Press the Wireless and Cancel buttons on the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds to reset the network settings.

Thank you. had tried this before. Did it again. Wireless light still flashing. When I go to System Preferences-Printers and Scanners, system does not recognize printer to add printer. No way I can change the network?

What router are you now using?

Are you using the 2.4 GHz band for the printer?

Eero is the new router. Dual band with 2.4 and 5Hz says the description. Just ordered its Beacon to add for the TV in another room. Previous router was AirPort Extreme which Apple has phased out.

Yes, I have done that as well. It says This printer is not connected to a network, but wireless is turned on. Model name, Service ID. Bonjour name. Firmware version. Then it has 2 pages of Wireless Quick Start guide.

This is from Eero settings. The printer does not get recognized on the network. How else do I find SSID?
