I moved it to about 8-9 feet. Then went to HP Folder in Applicactions, double click on Devices, printer shows but then clicking +, or Add device, comes back with device is either disconnected or turned off. Printer is on. Wireless light flickers.

I also went add device manually, put in  192.168.4.21 and it comes back: device is unreachable.

Is the Eero SSID on the networks discovered list?

Where would that list appear? The network I called JB703 shows up on the wifi list and on all of my other devices.

You will find it on the Wireless Network Test Results. (print new one)

I think you diagnosed it. I ran the wireless network test and it shows "wireless radio" is not on. I got the WPS PIN though it apparently is good for 5 minutes. I need to call Eero support to find out where this PIN goes as there is no WPS button on the router and too much information on the online app that I can't decipher.

So it turns out that Eero does NOT support WPS due to security issues. Does this mean buying a new printer? If so, which HP product would?
