Thank you for joining the HP Forums! I read your post about the printer issue. I am happy to look into this issue for you!
I understand you are getting the blinking light issue with your Deskjet printer. I would suggest you first perform a hard reset on the printer. Follow the steps mentioned below:
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Remove USB cable, if present.
- Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.
- Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord (This is important) and then plug back the power cord to the printer.
- Turn on the printer and wait till warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle.

I have the same problem.
I've done everything as directed, I even removed my printer in my laptop devices list and re-did the whole set-up process, but still nothing. My HP Deskjet 3755 is still not printing, whether through Web-Direct or USB connection.
Please HELP

I have same issue and have wasted over 20 minutes on the phone being transferred back and forth. Complete waste of time and money. Pretty sure they just disconnected me too. I used to be incredibly loyal to HP. #neveragain

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
