The Power light is on and the Cartridge light blinks. The yellow arrow points to the Black Cartridge Problem icon.

Have performed several different steps to reset/factory reset etc. and also replaced the black cartridge with a new one, still the same problem.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

Clean the copper contacts both on the ink cartridge and on the carriage assembly.

 

What is the expiration date on your black ink cartridge, that could be issue too.
